The Holiday Craft Extravaganza promises to be a shopping treasure trove of one-of-a-kind gifts, fine jewelry, gourmet treats, holiday décor and more. It takes place at the Suburban Collection Showplace, formerly Rock Financial Showplace December 1-2, 2012. With over 300 vendors under one roof, the Holiday Craft Extravaganza wil bring a unique and festive shopping experience to the Metro Detroit area.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Dates and Hours:
    Saturday, December 1, 2012 - 10:00am- 6:00pm
    Sunday, December 2, 2012 - 11:00am-5:00pm
  • Set up: Friday, Novenber 30, 2012 – 9am – 6pm
  • Space: Each display space is 10’X10’. There is a fee of $150 per space. A corner space can be reserved for an additional fee of $50. These fees are due with the application. There is an up charge of $65 if an electrical hook up is requested. Please see a complete list of pricing on application form.
  • Security: Overnight security is provided December 2nd & 3rd only.
  • Sales Tax: Exhibitors must collect and remit 6% sales tax. Call the Michigan Treasury Department at 1-800-367-6263 for sales tax forms.
  • Public Admission: $5.00 admission per car
  • Information Center: The Novi Holiday Craft Extravaganza is located at Suburban Collection Showplace, 46100 Grand River Ave., Novi, MI 48374. Visitors can receive lists of vendors, their location and other information by visiting our website www.HolidayCraftExtravaganza.com
  • EXHIBITION STANDARDS

    Merchandise or services prohibited by law are not allowed in the show. This includes, but is not restricted to, unlawful reproductions of brand name merchandise.
  • All items to be sold during the show must be listed on the application. Items not listed shall be removed from the booth upon request of the show coordinators.
  • All work must be safe and non-toxic. If any work requires special or limited use, the craftsperson must fully disclose and explain this to the public.
  • No weapons may be exhibited or sold.
  • EXHIBITION RULES

    All exhibitors at the Novi Holiday Craft Extravaganza are required to remain open for the full-published hours of the exhibition. Exhibitors who do not honor this implicit agreement will not be accepted the following year.
  • Access walkways and aisles will remain clear. All materials must be contained within the boundaries of the designated display space.
  • Booths may be shared if requested, but each artist must complete an application form.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Novi Holiday Craft Extravaganza.
  • Exhibitor’s pets are not allowed at the Novi Holiday Craft Extravaganza.
  • Any payments made after November 15th MUST be by credit card, no exceptions.
  • Any cancellation received after November 17, 2012 is non-refundable. Any prior cancellation will be assessed a $25 fee.
  • There will be a $35 charge for returned checks. Resubmission of payment must be made by money order or certified check with the $35 charge included.
  • Exhibitors who violate the exhibition rules will not be allowed to participate the next year.
